Positive: NOTHING! The property offers no value for the price paid. It feels purely focused on extracting as much money as possible rather than providing a genuine or pleasant guest experience. Everything felt careless, impersonal and poorly designed, with no sense of hospitality. Overall, it was not worth the money at all.
Negative: Additional comment: The room was facing an active construction site and the window could not be opened. There was no daylight in the room, which was not disclosed in advance.
